We tried a lot of agencies that either wouldn’t return phone calls, ignored our emails, or just simply disappeared. Carestar Support Services were the ONLY agency that came out and met me personally, took the time to ask about our journey to recovery and basically treated us like family. We have never felt more supported by an agency, and feel like they genuinely care. They are efficient, professional and just ‘better’. I would never go anywhere else and I would only recommend them.
I would like to take this moment to thank you for your gardening service thus far. You guys have been amazing. One of the best companies I've ever worked with in terms of the respect and communication you have with your clients.
I can highly recommend Carestar Support Services. We have been using them for my son for about 12 months now and the support has been amazing, they have been so responsive and helpful! They have gone above and beyond to help us.

Mitch just left and I would like to send a huge commendation He was on time, sent a text to let me know how far away and did a perfect job! I am 100% satisfied with his work
"Thank you, they are both amazing women. Incredibly kind and they do a great clean"
Carestar has been my adult son’s Plan Manager for five years, and they have completely taken the stress out of our lives. They pay all his invoices promptly, they are caring, and they always help with any questions we have. We feel so supported. I recommend Carestar 101%.

I use Carestar for my Social and Community Carers, cleaners and Gardeners. I love the fact they are a family business and treat me not just as someone with a disability but also as a part of the family.
