We tried a lot of agencies that either wouldn’t return phone calls, ignored our emails, or just simply disappeared. Carestar Support Services were the ONLY agency that came out and met me personally, took the time to ask about our journey to recovery and basically treated us like family. We have never felt more supported by an agency, and feel like they genuinely care. They are efficient, professional and just ‘better’. I would never go anywhere else and I would only recommend them.
